I have worked with Lee for three years now. I began with snowplowing in 2019, and last year had a patio with new landscaping installed. I was thrilled with the work, attention to detail, and the level of craftsmanship. This year I had a sidewalk installed from the driveway to the front door, some bushes and older plants removed, and new shrubs installed along with reseeding and mulching. Lee and his employees arrive on time and, when they leave for the evening, everything is cleaned up and all equipment is safely locked (as there are many young children in our neighborhood). All the work has been done in a professional, courteous manner and on time. It has been pleasant to work with Lee and his crews.

Lee and his team did some landscaping, removed shrubs, removed a retaining wall, topsoiled and seeded for me. I could not be happier with their attention to detail and their courteousness. They were here on schedule everyday and I am so thrilled with their work. Lee even followed up with me a few times to remind me to water the grass seed LOL I could not say enough good about LC Property Maintenance and a few of my friends are now using him because they saw the fantastic work he does.
